  • International Customers: International buyers are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local import regulations, customs duties, taxes, and tariffs. All international sales are final and non-returnable.

6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty Service

  • RMA Requirement: All returns require prior authorization and an official Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. Unapproved returns will be rejected.
  • Restocking Fees: Non-defective new equipment returns authorized within 14 days of delivery are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Used equipment, trade-in credit purchases, batteries, and custom special-order items are non-returnable.
  • Freight & Insurance: Customers are responsible for pre-paying shipping charges and fully insuring all returned items.
